Industrial Surveying

Your success is our benchmark

Since 1990, industrial companies worldwide have relied on our customized surveying solutions. Because we know what we’re doing – and because precision isn’t accidental for us. Together with our customers, we plan each project individually, implement it quickly, flexibly and in a controlled manner, and deliver comprehensive, usable reports promptly.

Thanks to international know-how and state-of-the-art technologies – including laser tracking, 3D laser scanning and high-precision measuring arms – we ensure optimal results and thus make a significant contribution to our customers’ quality assurance.

Sounds presumptuous? Our answer: measuring accuracy of up to ± 0.005 mm/m.
That’s what we mean by true precision.

Our services

Acquisition of 3D coordinates

In industrial surveying, either coordinates of individual points are determined with the laser tracker or surfaces are scanned with high-precision measuring arms – with accuracies of up to +/- 0.005 mm/m. The size of the object does not matter. There are no limits for us or you.

Alignment and adjustment

Turbines, rollers, shafts (horizontal, vertical), rails, complete machines,… Any instrument setup is possible, which saves time compared to conventional methods.

Monitoring and dynamic measurement

Measurements during operation and dynamic monitoring of moving processes (up to 6m/s) – with accuracies up to 0.01 mm/m.

Reverse engineering

From reality back to the plan: measuring any number of points (scanning), capturing the geometry, creating CAD plans.

Mobility

Worldwide use thanks to mobile and flexible high-tech measuring devices. Wherever your system is located, we measure it on site.

Reports

The measured data obtained is converted into the desired results using evaluation software and displayed and stored in a report. The creation of reports is possible even during the measurements, as are individual design options. For greater clarity, we add photos to our reports.

Our measuring technology is used in the following areas, among others:

Aircraft and Automobile Construction

Industrial Plants

Paper Machines

Presses and Rolling Mills

Shipbuilding

Special Machines of all Kinds

Particle Accelerators

Tunnel Segments

Water and Steam Turbines
